NIRF
At Marwari College, Ranchi, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence, institutional transparency, and continuous development. In pursuit of these goals, we actively participate in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), an initiative launched by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to objectively evaluate and rank higher education institutions across the country.
The NIRF methodology assesses institutions based on five rigorous, broad parameters:
- Teaching, Learning, and Resources (TLR): Evaluating student strength, faculty-student ratio, and financial resources.
- Research and Professional Practice (RP): Measuring publications, quality of research, and professional footprint.
- Graduation Outcomes (GO): Assessing student placement, higher studies progression, and university examinations.
- Outreach and Inclusivity (OI): Focusing on regional diversity, accessibility for physically challenged students, and representation of economically/socially disadvantaged students.
- Perception (PR): Gauging the institution's reputation among peers and employers.
Our participation in NIRF reflects our unwavering dedication to quality education and our responsibility as a premier autonomous constituent unit of Ranchi University.
