Anti-Ragging Squad

At Marwari College, Ranchi, we maintain an uncompromising, zero-tolerance policy towards any form of ragging or student harassment. We are deeply committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and academically enriching environment where every student is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.

In strict compliance with the directives of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations, the college has constituted a dedicated and vigilant Anti-Ragging Squad. Operating under the direct supervision of the Principal and the Anti-Ragging Committee, this proactive body is responsible for ensuring our campus remains completely ragging-free.

The primary role of the Anti-Ragging Squad is to maintain continuous, on-ground vigilance across the college premises, including classrooms, common areas, canteens, and hostels. The Squad is authorized to conduct regular patrols and surprise inspections to prevent, detect, and immediately intervene in any incidents that compromise student well-being.
